This Privacy Policy explains how UR Devs LLC (“UR Devs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use The Member Hub (the “Service,” “App”) and any related websites, support channels, or pages that link to this Privacy Policy.

1) Who this policy applies to

The Service may be installed and used by:

  • Customers: website owners/administrators who install the Service on their website (a “Customer Site”).

  • End Users: individuals who interact with membership features on a Customer Site (e.g., members signing up or editing a profile).

If you are an End User, your information may also be handled by the Customer operating the Customer Site. The Customer’s own privacy policy may apply in addition to this one.

2) Information we collect

We may collect the following types of information:

A. Information you provide

  • Account or contact information (such as name and email) if you contact support

  • Content you submit through the Service (such as profile fields or uploaded images), depending on how the Customer configures the Service

B. Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage information (such as browser type, pages viewed, and basic diagnostics)

  • Log data related to errors and performance (to maintain and improve the Service)

C. Customer Site data The Service may process membership-related data stored on a Customer Site, including profile fields and directory settings, as configured by the Customer.

3) How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service

  • Enable features chosen by Customers (e.g., member profiles, directories, admin settings)

  • Respond to support requests and communicate with Customers

  • Improve performance, reliability, and user experience

  • Prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents

  • Comply with legal obligations

4) How we share information

We do not sell personal information.

We may share information in the following situations:

  • With service providers who help us run the Service (e.g., hosting, analytics, support tooling), under confidentiality obligations

  • With platforms required to deliver the Service (e.g., Wix and related infrastructure)

  • For legal reasons if required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and security

  • Business transfers if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets

5) Data retention

We retain information only as long as necessary to provide the Service, meet legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Customers control much of the data stored on Customer Sites and may delete it through their platform tools.

6) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7) International transfers

If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate.

8) Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

  • Access, correct, or delete personal information

  • Object to or restrict certain processing

  • Request portability of certain information

If you are an End User, requests may need to be directed to the Customer who operates the Customer Site. You can also contact us and we’ll help route the request where appropriate.

9) Children’s privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required by applicable law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10) Third-party links and services

The Service may link to or depend on third-party services (including the platform where the Service is installed). This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party practices. Review the third party’s policies for more information.

11) Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice as required by law. The “Last Updated” date shows when changes take effect.
